Privacy

This is a working draft that describes how the software is designed to behave. The operator must review it and add business identity, jurisdiction and contact details before public launch.

What we process

• Images and text you submit. They are processed transiently to create your result and are sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate it. We do not store your images, prompts or generated results on our server. Please note that transient processing does not mean the data never reaches the provider. The provider’s own retention terms have not yet been confirmed by the operator and must be reviewed before launch.
• Request metadata. To run the service and protect it from abuse we keep, for a short period (7 days by default), a log with a request ID, tool name, AI model, status, duration and approximate usage. It does not contain your images, prompts or results.
• Guest identifier. A cookie (creativo_guest) identifies your browser so we can count your free daily credits. We store only a hash of it.
• Abuse control. We compute a short-lived keyed hash of your IP address to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address in our database. Our web server or hosting provider may keep ordinary access logs that include IP addresses.
• Verification. If a human-verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, your browser and IP address are shared with Cloudflare to run it.

Local history (optional)

If you turn it on, text results (never images) are stored in your own browser for up to 7 days, up to 20 items. They are not sent to us and you can clear them at any time.

Advertising and analytics

Advertising and analytics are off unless the operator enables them and you give consent where required. If advertising is enabled it may involve third-party providers and cookies, described on the cookies page.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and local history in your browser at any time. Contact and deletion channels will be added by the operator.

This draft will change as the service and the operator’s legal review progress.
